2. Read Chapters one, two, three and four in Dr. Frawley’s book, Yoga and Ayurveda
Additional Reading, if desired: The Seven Systems of Indian Philosophy, by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Yoga for Your Type, by Dr. David Frawley

3. Please outline three mixed-level classes using Ayurvedic principles.

Construct well-rounded classes to support right movement, in the five prana vayus.

Identify three asanas to support each vayu.

4. Please write a summary of the chapters in Dr. Frawley’s book (This can be done in whatever manner feels most comfortable to you, such as an outline or narrative format.)
