Do I need prior experience with Yoga Nidra or meditation?

No prior experience is necessary! The course is designed to guide you step-by-step from day one.

How much time do I need each day?

Most daily audio practices take only about 10 minutes, plus a few extra minutes for journaling, making it easily manageable even for busy schedules. The practices are shorter at the beginning of the program and increase in duration as you get closer to the final week of practice.

Can I access the materials after the course?

Yes! You will gain lifetime access to all of the materials in the course – the 42 meditations, the journal prompts, and all recordings of the live sessions. You’re encouraged to revisit them as you need, and use the meditations as a toolbox for working with life as it comes.
