An invitation to begin the year rooted in clarity, steadiness, and practice.
As we cross the threshold into a new year, we invite you to pause and begin in community with a short satsang and guided meditation led by Ishan Tigunait. This free offering supports reflection, intention, and a renewed connection to practice (sādhana)—not as an abstract ideal, but as a lived and sustaining presence in daily life.
Satsang: Practice as a Living Path 12-minute talk
Guided Meditation: Radiant Awareness - 10-Minute Practice
In this satsang, Ishan joins us from India in the midst of a six-month period of sustained personal practice. Drawing on the Yoga Sūtra, he reflects on how classical teachings define practice, how those teachings remain relevant in a modern context, and how sādhana supports us in living from the clearest and most luminous aspects of ourselves.
This meditation supports stability and ease in the body, a sense of lightness, and a clear, attentive presence. The practice may be done seated or lying down and requires no prior experience. It is offered as a way to meet the new day—and the new year—with clarity, hope, and connection.
