Access to paid Yogaversity courses is licensed to individual users only. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login details, screen recording/sharing content, or distributing downloadable materials to non-registered users. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to all course materials without refund.

4. Use of Services
You agree to use our services in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Yogaversity, a Yogaversity employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of our services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Yogaversity or users of our services, or expose them to liability.
5. Payment and Refunds
5.1 Payment
All fees for courses and services provided by Yogaversity must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other online payment systems.
5.2 Refunds
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of purchase and are at the sole discretion of Yogaversity

Once a course has officially gone live and full access to all course materials has been provided, refunds are not available. Access to course materials—including videos, downloads, replays, and community resources—constitutes delivery of the purchased digital product.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Certain promotions or special offers may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Yogaversity or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
