Awakening the Inner Life of Teaching: A Journey of Inspiration, Understanding, Experience, and Integration
A Live 8-Week Online Mentorship with Christina Sell
Yoga, at its essence, is not a commodity to be consumed but a path of education, self-inquiry, and transformation. In this 8-session online training, Christina Sell invites you to explore yoga as a living, educational process—one that draws forth wisdom from within through four interrelated stages: Inspiration and Aim, Information and Theory, Practice and Experience, and Integration and Articulation.
Drawing from her essay “The Four-Fold Educational Process of Yoga”, Christina illuminates how these stages interweave to create a holistic and sustainable yoga journey. Participants will study the psychological, philosophical, and practical dimensions of yoga as both students and teachers, moving beyond consumer-oriented approaches toward an empowered, educational relationship with practice.
Each session blends lecture, discussion, guided practice, reflection, and writing, fostering a learning environment that is at once grounded, heartfelt, and transformative. You will be invited to inquire deeply, to meet both comfort and challenge with curiosity, and to discover how your own direct experience becomes the teacher over time.
Join live – if you need to miss a session or two, that’s ok! You’ll be able to watch the recording and join in again live after.
