Doug Keller’s background reflects a lifelong commitment to studying, imbibing and sharing the vast field of knowledge and practice known as yoga.

As a C-IAYT, NAMA-registered Ayurvedic practitioner and YA-500 yoga teacher, Kathryn has worked to develop specialized treatments integrating the principles of yoga, ayurveda and clinical psychology.

Bernie Clark has been teaching yin yoga and meditation since 1998. He has a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Waterloo.

Noah Mazé (ERYT 500) has devoted his life to the subject of yoga. Noah is best known for his clear, precise and methodical teaching style, his tangible knowledge, and his palpable ability to transmit with openness, curiosity, and wit.

Shari Friedrichsen has been teaching and studying yoga for more than 40 years. Her unique style integrates subtle and gross anatomical awareness with breath awareness to draw the student into the inner experience of yoga. Her approach uses yoga as a vital, powerful, and compassionate component in healing the body and the psyche.

The founding editor of Yoga International magazine, Deborah Willoughby holds a master’s degree in English literature from the University of Virginia. After a career in Washington, DC, as a writer and editor, she turned her attention full-time to the study and practice of yoga.
