  1. Thank you for sharing this video. I loved Christina’s detailed instructions. The new ways of using the yoga strap were terrific! Especially liked the looped yoga strap around the ribcage, strap in back and lifting the back ribs. And the strap under the arch of the foot, left side of strap in right hand and right side of strap in left hand, then stepping through for assisted dancer pose – awesome! Again, thank you for sharing.
