LIVE on Zoom, September 24th – 4-5:15 ET (1:00 – 2:15 PT)
with Christina Sell
Props: Yoga Mat, 2 Blocks (optional)
Most of us who love yoga experience peaks and valleys in our enthusiasm for practice. Over time, our interests change, our circumstances evolve, and we may move through periods of spiritual aridity when inspiration feels harder to find. Sustaining a practice during these times is rarely easy. Simple movement, conscious breathing, and a return to foundational postures can offer a thread to follow through the sometimes labyrinthine journey of long-term practice.
Join Christina Sell for a simple guided practice designed to help you feel grounded in your body and expanded in your heart and spirit. Christina will begin with a short introductory commentary followed by a slow-paced, full-spectrum asana practice. This live practice will be recorded, so return to it whenever your inspiration is flagging, your practice feels distant, or you simply need a steady place to begin again.
This session will also give you a taste of the thoughtful inquiry and collegial support Christina brings to her work, making it a perfect sampling for those curious about her upcoming 7-week mentoring circle for experienced yoga teachers, A Place to Land (starting Oct 8th).
If you teach and have been feeling burnt out or pulled away from your own practice, feel free to Read more about the upcoming 7-week mentorship circle here.
