Yoga for Longevity

Join Jim for a unique approach to the practice that focuses on improving balance, core strength, and hip mobility. This slow-paced practice incorporates classical yoga—including breathwork and meditation—alongside elements of tai chi, qi gong, and functional movement. This class is open to all levels.

The class is 60-minutes, and you may choose to have a prop nearby for meditation.
